1) We offer a place for rejuvenation of mind and soul,a place to reunite with the nature. Friends with such mind set are invited

2) Children below 12 year are not advices as they may not enjoy the place and environment

3) We are glad to serve Newly Married Couples and couples who would like to keep the memories of our boutique resort as part of their journey.

4) Families who love the beauty of Nisirgha are welcome

5) We have the policy of nature and animals friendly where house pets and animals are part of the resort.

6)The Host holds the right to cancel the booking during the stay if the Friends and Guest goes against the policy of the TABS or creates any disturbance or noise to others in the property.

7) The Amount will be refunded of the remaining stay only after checking any damages to the assets of the property.

8) Any Damage to the Assets or the property will be charged to the Guests or friends and will have to pay before leaving the premises.

9) Payment of the entire say should be done in advance before checking in the property and incase of extention of stay also at the property.

10) Check in/Checkout time will be 10 am and the TABS hold the right to extend the time if required in extra charges

11) Pls Be Noted the Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft of any belongings of our friends and guest.

12) Please Be note Original Adress proof/Valid identification required to be produced during checkin in case of Indian Nationality( Aadhar Card Or Driving Licence Original document)and Valid Passport and Visa details to be provided by the Foreign National ( C form has to be filled at the time of checkin)
